Call for Speakers – 2024 Women in Publishing Summit!

It's time to find our speakers for our 2024 Conference!

Check out the video to help set you up for success.

Please see the application below the video, and complete when you have all elements ready to submit. The call for speakers will close August 11th. The virtual conference runs March 6-10, 2024.

Speakers will be chosen and notified in October 2023. Please whitelist the email address support@womeninpublishingsummit.com so you don't miss the announcement.

This is a FULLY VIRTUAL EVENT! The conference will happen in real time, not pre-recorded, but all on Zoom. This is not an in-person event.

Tips for Applicants:

Follow all instructions and complete every part of the form as it applies to you.
Sell your proposal! The more we understand what you're offering and why it has value, the more likely you'll make it to the selection committee.
Assume that any information and headshots you share will eventually wind up in our marketing materials if you are chosen as a speaker. (That said, if you expect to update your bio and/or headshot in the future, you will have an opportunity to do so.)
If you have never attended or spoken at the WIP Summit, we encourage you to learn more about us and get an understanding of our culture before applying. Explore our website and check out our free webinars.
If you are seeking a large speaking fee, this is not the conference for you. We offer a small honorarium or a free ticket to the summit.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from those who identify as a member of a historically marginalized group.
Speaker applications are open to women and those who identify as a woman.
