In 2015, Kristi Carlson left her middle-management career to live a more creative, project-based life. Soon after, she launched a successful Kickstarter campaign in order to become the author of Eat Like A Gilmore, a cookbook for fans of Gilmore Girls. Published via Skyhorse Publishing, the book became a #1 bestseller on Amazon. The follow-up book, Eat Like A Gilmore: Daily Cravings was released November, 2018. Kristi lives in Burbank, California with her husband and their two orange cats.
