Turn Your Ideas Into a Sustainable Content Strategy That Attracts Readers and Clients, Builds Your Brand, and Saves You Time

Content Strategy Bootcamp for Authors & Publishing Pros

Create a content plan that grows your audience, boosts visibility, and drives sales—without burning out.

Your content is your visibility. It’s your reputation, your credibility, and your proof that you’re here to stay. It’s how you FIND the right audience and how you KEEP them, converting them into readers and clients.

You can’t grow an engaged readership or business if you only show up when inspiration strikes. A steady presence with the RIGHT content is the solution.

That’s where a content strategy comes in.

A good plan isn’t just a calendar or a checklist—it’s a system that helps you create and share content on purpose. It takes the guesswork out of marketing so you can show up consistently, confidently, and without burning out.

Consistent, intentional content helps you:

  • Build brand awareness and credibility in a crowded market.

  • Stay visible to new clients without constantly selling.

  • Repurpose what you already have so you’re not starting from zero each week.

  • Create systems that keep your marketing running, even when your schedule’s full.

This is what we’re learning in the Content Strategy Bootcamp. This isn’t just theory—you’ll build your strategy live, implement it between sessions, and return for feedback and fine-tuning in January.

Why Content Strategy Matters (and Why Most Creatives Struggle With It)

Let’s be honest—you’re already creating content all the time: social posts, newsletters, blog updates, reels, podcasts, book promos … it never ends.

But without a clear strategy behind it, all that effort often leads to burnout, inconsistency, and little to no growth.

A solid content strategy changes that.
It gives you direction, consistency, and confidence so every piece of content moves your audience closer to buying your book, joining your list, or hiring you for your services.

All sessions are live, interactive, and designed for participant engagement. Replays will be provided.

Wondering if the Content Strategy Bootcamp is for you?

This two-part virtual bootcamp is intentionally designed for people who are serious about building a content strategy that actually works. Whether you’re an author, publisher, freelancer, or publishing service provider, the Content Strategy Bootcamp will help you simplify, organize, and amplify your content so it consistently reaches the right audience.

You’re in the right place if:

  • You’re an indie or traditionally published author who wants to grow your readership with consistent, engaging content.

  • You’re a freelancer, editor, designer, or coach supporting authors and want to expand your visibility and authority.

  • You’re a small publisher or hybrid press owner ready to streamline content creation for your books, authors, or brand.

  • You’ve tried posting on social media or sending newsletters but feel like your content is scattered and time-consuming.

  • You want a practical system for planning, creating, and repurposing content so you can focus on writing, publishing, or running your business.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a general publishing 101 workshop (we offer other events and communities for that).

  • You want overnight viral success without committing to building a sustainable content plan.

  • You’re not ready to show up for both sessions (December 4 & January 9) and actually do the work.

What to Expect

Implementation-ready trainings, expert speakers who understand the publishing world, and a community of peers committed to building real content systems.

Part One – December 4, 2025
Strategy training + hands-on workshops to map out your content plan and practice new tools. Homework will help you implement before the next session.

Part Two – January 9, 2026
Live feedback, hot seats, and personalized guidance so you can refine your strategy and ensure your content is working for you.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clear content strategy tailored to your goals.

  • Time-saving methods for repurposing and automating.

  • At least one ready-to-use content asset (like an email sequence, Book Bubble, or social media campaign).

  • The confidence to keep showing up consistently without burning out.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time zones are the sessions in?

Everything we do is in United States Eastern Standard Time (or Eastern Daylight Time), which we abbreviate to ET. This is the same time zone as New York, for the non-Americans. Eastern Time/New York applies to all webinars, training events, and conference sessions we host.

How does the conference work? How will I get access to join?

Everything takes place on Zoom. Each day of the conference, you’ll receive an email with all of the links for the day. Prior to that, you’ll also receive many ways to access the info.

Do I need to have a published book to attend?

Nope—this event is for publishing industry professionals of all types who may or may not be published authors. You will be learning how to strategize the content your business puts out into the world and streamline the process of getting it there.

How is this different from a writing or publishing conference?

The Content Strategy Bootcamp focuses specifically on the content side of being an author or publisher—planning content like social media, emails, and repurposing your work and using tools and systems to produce and release it.

Can I pick and choose which sessions to attend?

Yes! You’re welcome to attend the sessions most relevant to your needs. Each topic stands on its own, so you can customize your experience. (But we promise, they’re all valuable.)

Will I get a workbook or resources?

Many sessions include worksheets, templates, or tools you can use right away in your business.

Can I ask questions during the sessions?

Absolutely. Most sessions include time for Q&A. If you’re watching the replay, you can submit questions afterward through our community or support channels (if applicable).

I work a full-time job or am not available all days the week of the event. Will it be recorded?

Good news! Everything is recorded, so if you can’t be there live, it’s okay! That being said, we strongly encourage you to at least take off the second day to take full advantage of live interactive feedback with our experts.

Will there be networking or implementation?

Yes! That’s the prupose of two days with several weeks in between them: you have time to implement what you learn. and then receive feedback or ask further questions on how to make the advice work for you and your business.

What if I don't live in the U.S.?

If you’re outside the U.S., we encourage you to attend—content strategy and implementation are universal.
