Did You Miss WIPCON Live 2026?
Women In Publishing Conference LIVE 2026: THE Business Conference for Women Authors & Publishing Professionals
Replays Available
$97
How would it feel to leave a conference with your marketing strategy mapped out, content created, ready to schedule, and strategic collaborations set in place for cross promotion?
How many conferences have you departed feeling excited, but also overwhelmed because when the heck do you have time to do all the things you just learned?
THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE CONFERENCE.
Most conferences give you more of the same — a speaker takes the stage, delivers their best material, and heads home. You leave with pages of notes, a head full of inspiration, and that familiar sinking feeling when real life kicks back in and nothing actually changes.
WIPCON is built differently. From the ground up.
This is where women authors and publishing professionals come to stop consuming and start building. Day one, a powerhouse lineup of industry experts will give you every angle on visibility, storytelling, social media strategy, and sales growth. But unlike every other event you’ve attended, those experts don’t leave. Day two, they’re in the room with you — working side by side in small groups to help you create the actual content, strategies, and assets your business needs to grow.
You won’t just leave inspired. You’ll leave with work done.
WIP LIVE: #WIPCON is the in-person gathering of the Women in Publishing community—and it’s coming to Columbia, South Carolina this March. If you’ve been part of our world online, you already know the warmth and caliber of this community.
Now imagine that energy, in the same room.
Spots are limited. VIP access even more so.
Hosted by:

Three days. Three breakthroughs.
One room that changes everything.
Every session is built around a single question: why aren’t more people buying? We go deep on the three areas where the answer lives
- Find Your People Through Storytelling — Learn how to craft and share your story in a way that attracts the right readers and clients, builds instant authority, and makes your audience feel like you’re speaking directly to them.
- Use Social Media to Build Trust, Not Just Post Content — Stop chasing algorithms and start using social media as a tool to get discovered, grow the know-like-trust factor, and drive the right people to your email list and website where the real relationship begins.
- Grow Your Revenue Through Strategy and Collaboration — Learn the sales funnels, lead magnets, email strategies, and partnership opportunities that turn your audience into buyers — and discover how collaboration and JV partnerships can grow your reach faster than going it alone ever could.
By the time you head home, you’ll have:
- A clear visibility and marketing strategy — not a generic plan, but one built around your story, your audience, and how you naturally create value
- A social media approach that works as a trust-building tool, not a hamster wheel — designed to move the right people toward your email list and website
- Sales and revenue strategies you actually understand and can implement — funnels, lead magnets, email, collaborations, and partnerships mapped out for your business
- Real content and assets you built at the event — not a to-do list for when you get home
- Identified collaboration and JV partners already in your corner
- A 90-day plan and a room full of women who are building alongside you

Day 2
Friday, March 27 – LEARN
We’ll also have several intentional networking sessions.
Strategy. Visibility. Storytelling. Revenue. All of it.
Emcee Porsché Mysticque kicks off the day and sets the tone — not just for what you’ll learn, but for how this day is designed to work. You’ll understand from the start that this isn’t passive learning. Every session is building toward the work you’ll do tomorrow.
Session 1 | Marketing Bigger Than the Book Led by Alexa Bigwarfe
Book marketing isn’t a launch. It’s an ecosystem. In this opening session, Alexa reframes what long-term visibility actually looks like — and why sustainable growth comes from collaboration, not solo hustle. You’ll leave with a new lens for your entire business.
Session 2 | The Power of Storytelling April Pertuis · Tayler Simon · Annette Flavel
Before you create content, you need a strategy. This panel digs into how to use your story with intention — to build real relationships, attract the right readers and clients, and create authority that lasts longer than any algorithm trend.
Session 3 | Social Media as an Asset Alexa Bigwarfe · Raewyn Sangari · Cayce LaCorte
Social media only works when it’s rooted in genuine connection. This session shows you how to use your platforms to build the kind of story-driven relationship with your audience that turns followers into loyal readers and buyers — without chasing every new trend.
Session 4 | Sales & Growth Through Collaboration Porsché Mysticque · Jennifer Wilkov · Portia Michele Osumaré · Parchelle Osumaré
The most underutilized growth strategy in publishing? Other people. This session reframes sales as a shared opportunity and walks you through joint ventures, newsletter swaps, bundled offers, and collaborative campaigns — plus the revenue streams and sales tactics you need to be building right now, and exactly what to have in place before you pitch your first partner.

Fun Together: The Genius Games
A guided, interactive experience to help you identify the right types of partnerships to complement YOUR genius!
Parchelle & Portia Michele Osumaré
Genius Games gives you the opportunity to discover your unique genius — the way you naturally think, create, decide, and lead — and to experience it in real time, alongside other women doing the same through play, interaction, and shared reflection.
Friday Evening — The Genius Games
A guided experience with Parchelle & Portia Michele Osumaré · 7:00–8:30pm
Before you can build the right collaborations, you need to understand how you naturally think, create, and lead. The Genius Games is an interactive, play-based experience designed to help you discover your unique genius — not on paper, but in real time, alongside other women doing the same. You’ll walk away with a language for your strengths, insight into who complements you best, and a whole new set of connections to prove it.

Day 3 - Implementation
SATURDAY: IMPLEMENTATION, SMALL GROUP MASTERMINDS, & COLLABORATION
Saturday, March 28 — Build
This is where everything from Friday becomes real. You’ll have the opportunity to work on all three tracks, OR you can stay in one track the whole day.
After a brief kickoff and recap, you’ll choose your implementation track and get to work — in small groups, with the same experts from the day before right there beside you. These aren’t follow-up Q&As. They are working sessions.
Track A | Social Media & Short-Form Content Lab Stop planning to create content and actually create it. In this hands-on lab, you’ll walk away with a plan for how to use social media to grow your platform, and will work on creating posts, reels, and videos — built with expert guidance, ready to publish. No more staring at a blank screen when you get home.
Track B | Sales, Collaboration & Growth Lab This is where your revenue strategy gets real. Map out your sales funnel, build out your content strategy, and identify your highest-potential collaboration and JV partners. You’ll leave with the assets you need to start those conversations with confidence — email sequences, lead magnets, content plans, and partnership pitches ready to go. 1:1 brand audits with Julie Lokun. 1st come, first serve.
Track C | Visibility, Storytelling & Speaking Lab Your story is your most powerful marketing tool — but only if you know which parts of it create authority, attract the right audience, and move people to action. In this lab, you’ll work with experts to craft your signature story, identify where it needs to live — podcasts, speaking stages, social media, content strategy — and build a visibility plan that puts you in front of the right people in the right places.
You can move between tracks as your needs evolve throughout the day. In the afternoon, you’ll have the option to converge in an open Collaboration Lab organized around your Genius type — putting everything together and connecting you with the people you’re most naturally built to work with.

Closing Session | Your Collaborative 90-Day Plan Led by Alexa Bigwarfe · 5:00–6:00pm You won’t leave without a plan. Alexa closes the conference by helping every attendee map out their next 90 days — who they’re collaborating with, what they’re building, and how to design work that actually fits the way they’re wired.
