Building Your Editorial Board with Joy E. Rancatore

December 9, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST
$25

Tuesday, December 9th at 1 PM EST

In this workshop, Joy E. Rancatore, editor and indie author, will explain what an Editorial Board is and why every author needs one, who should make up an editorial board, where to find each member and how and when to work with each. This workshop is perfect for any writer who has never considered the need for an Editorial Board, who is curious about the term, who has questions about editors and critique partners and beta readers or who already works with some of these invaluable literary partners and would like to deepen their experience.

✨By the end of this workshop, attendees will leave with:

  • An understanding of who can be part of their Editorial Board
  • An appreciation for the community they can develop around their writing
  • A clear vision for when (including a sample timeline) and why they will need each member
  • An action plan for finding their Editorial Board members

Joy E. Rancatore is an award-winning, multi-genre indie author focused on writing the soul with heart, while providing experiences that bring readers and authors together to #ShareTheRead.
